in between a standard recipe that adapts to many, and its base, the potato, actually the good all year round available:
800 g waxy potatoes (or taverns are Grenaille with thin skin is best)
sea salt freshly ground black pepper 1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme 4 cloves garlic extra virgin olive oil
first Wash the potatoes well with a clean brush and cut in half.
